Info requested towards latest judgement of Spreme Court

On 08 Mar.2010 Supreme court had agreed that the judgement passed by Kerala High Cort in Maj. Dhanpalan!s`appeal towards payment of arrears for unpaid Rank Pay wef 1.1.86 was in order. Could someone please update on the latest judgment of Supreme Court in the Appeal by Union Of India & Others.
